What does it mean to build community through food? Here, we believe that meal time should be a time for our residents to gather together and enjoy friends and laughter. So, not only do we chop, mix, sauté and cook up fresh ingredients for daily homemade specials, we also serve them in a restaurant style atmosphere.

Come join us, let us get to know you by name and preferences, and continue to eat what you want! With a full menu as well as our daily specials, you are sure to find the foods you love!

 

Breakfast

vegetarian substitutions available

Cereal

Includes Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat and Grits, as well as Raisin Bran, Special K, Cheerios and a rotating variety of cold cereals

Griddle

Pancakes, French Toast, Waffles and Biscuits and Gravy

Omelets

If we have the ingredients, we can make it! House favorites are Ham and Cheese, Veggie and Cheese, or Sausage and Cheese

Meats

Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Maple-Infused Link Sausage, and Classic Patty Sausage

Sides

Home-Made Raisin Bread (house favorite!), Eggs (cooked to order), Fresh or Canned Fruit, Cottage Cheese, Bagel and Cream Cheese, Danish, Hash Browns, and English Muffins.

 

Lunch

vegetarian substitutions available

Burgers

The classic, with all the fixin’s. Add cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and/or bacon. Substitute Garden Burger or Chicken Breast

Salads

Chef salad, Taco Salad (beef or chicken), Dinner Salad, Caesar Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad

Cold Sandwiches

BLT, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad, Beef, Ham, Turkey, Peanut Butter & Jelly

Hot Sandwiches

French Dip, Philly Cheese Steak, Grilled Cheese, Grilled Ham and Cheese, Patty Melt, Tuna Melt

Baskets (fried)

Chicken Strips, Fish Sticks, French Fries, Tater Tots, Onion Rings

 

Dinner

vegetarian substitutions available

Ground Steak

Ground patty, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions

Chicken Acapulco

Chicken breast, topped with sautéed green peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, and swiss cheese

Sautee Chicken and Veggies

Diced chicken, with broccoli, garlic, onions, mushrooms, spinach, peppers and tomatoes

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Grilled Chicken, topped with grilled ham, tomatoes and swiss

Tacos

Stuffed with chicken or beef, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Served with sour cream and salsa

Sides

We make a variety of sides from scratch. Sides list updated daily in dining hall.

Lunch and breakfast menu available all day!
